Hello everyone! I have bought a new 300 ex and it about a week old! I used to go to atv time but i think i like atvconnection better! I dont know which pipe to get, I want something to give it more power and i like D&G or maybe FmF but i just cant decide!!! Or there's Big Gun exhaust so can you tell me which one you like better and why? Thanks!! Oh and Im kinda tight on money so a $200 or lower would be good!! Thanks again!

Man I'm sorry to say but you can't buy a decent pipe for 200$.what you need is a K&N or a UNI airfilter.

why would you buy a quad then get right into modifying it? Why didn't you just wait another couple months for the 400ex?

thanks for defending me there! First of all im 14 weigh 85 ilbs and am very small! Thats why i didnt get a huge 400 ex! Its too powerful. I love my 300 ex but it doesnt have enough power for me! Plus the 400 ex is too expensive. Sorry for being so defensive but Im mad at myslef for being so small and not being able to handle that 400 ex! I was born 3 months premature! Doc said i wouldnt live but im very athletic and cant be stopped!!!

Actualy you can get a great pipe for $200. Go to www.powroll.com and get their 3" Supertrapp with header. It was $200 + $12 S+H right to my door. In my humble opinion it is one of the least expensive yet best performing pipes money can buy. It's not overly loud and the performance gains are great. It even comes with a spark arrestor so it's a hard pipe to beat for the value.

Don't waiste your money on cheap-crap pipes. Wait until you got an extra 60 bucks and get the best slip-on. There IS a significant difference (even though it's only a horsepower or two) you can feel the difference.

I bought a White Bro's e series pipe and it ROCKS! It's the best sounding pipe that I've heard so far (curtis sparks, Big Gun, FMF, and the D&G) WB has a really low growl- and sounds like a Harly- the others don't have such a low thump to their exhaust. And if you compair the WB to the rest on the dyno's- it's got ranked in the top 2 for performance increase (dirt wheels).

So if you are going to spend the cash- do it right.... or you'll be sorry

stop pushing the 400ex on everyone, geezus!!

anyways, the best pipe for around 200 is the supertrap IDS 2. Its a complete system for 239.

I use it on my 330 and it gave me decent power gains with my stock setup too

I was running all the disk, no air box lid, and a 140 main. it would hold 5 gear so much better! it used to drop off into nothing.
