Honda will eventually have to release a bigger sport quad than the 400 cc machine they offer. Look at utility quads, a 300 cc machine used to be standard fare, now all you see is 400 & 500 cc utes. Most people want the biggest object offered in any given field, whether it's a chainsaw, boat, motorcycle ect.....
It's a sure bet Honda will join the other manufacturers in the sport quad wars. When they do, I just might buy one. I've been in the market for a new sport quad, but nothing tickles my fancy at this point.

im for the cr450 motor. you need a darn cherry picker to pull the motor out of raptors and ds's . i can pull the motor out of a 250r by myself at least. hehe.
and you must feel the weight jumping the big bores? i wouldn't mind hearing from big bore owners on the jumping and weight.

I think the DS jumps great. A little nose heavy, but the landings are softer than the 400EX's are. The DS has the frame/suspension to go with the motor.
I'd be surprised if Honda made a 650 in the next 2 years. It's just not their style.
