cheater switch on a recon? start in any gear..?

Can someone tell me how to install a toggle switch on my recon that will allow me to start in any gear? Like what wire it is I need to run from, where the best place to mount it is....stuff like that. Thanks.

y would you like to start in any gear just start in nutrale y do you wont to mess up your qaud like that.
