What are some phat mods for my 250X?

 

a 250x is the same thing as the 300ex if you didnt know that seeing as how you wont a 300ex all the 300 has is a biger strocker cranck my freind has a 250x and it go's about as fast as my 300ex you can get just about anything a 300ex can get i found they are alike have fun with that machine and be happy you have somthing lol !!!

 

250X also runs a higher compression ratio than the 300EX, that's why they're even power wise. any mod for the 300EX will also work on the 250X.

as for mods, i would add a K&N filter and header pipe to start with, then add a 350X breather hose, and re-jet

i have a 91 250X, it has a K&N filter and has been re-jetted, and this fall i'm gettin some engine work done on it, and i'm gonna put 400EX shocks and a-arms.

 

also may i ad my 250X is faster than kkkiller300exs all i have for speed mods is a 14t srocket with loud pipe no power just loud ! i think that is pretty good concidering my motor is 14 years old and his is NEW !

Also some phat kkkiller mods would be a curtis sparks pipe ! its better than fmf and w/b . and powroll makes kits for the 250X go to powroll.com and look at the 250X you can get a stroker crank , big bore kits and alot of other stuff .

 

Ok, here's everything that I have, FST 80mm piston and sleve, FST oil cooler, Powroll 3" Supertrapp with header, Rejeted carb with choke baffle removed, Black Maier plastic (race cut), Magnum handlebars, Renthal grips, DG Alloy Nerfs, Maier Kill teather, Durablue +4 rear axle, 400EX tires, SBS brakes, D.I.D. Chain, Sunstar sprockets, Moose shock covers, Rad Dual row bearing carrier, UNI airfilter, Powroll clutch srpings. That's it for now, in a few weeks I'm getting works shocks, 350X intake boot, 400EX carb, and Ceet Quad lite graphics. Oh and I might drop in a mild cam and a new set of rocker arms.
