WB exhaust length and jettig
#1
I want to get the e-series slip on for my 400ex, but i heard it extends out past the grab bar. Does the e-series hit the ground on a 400 if it was fliped back on the bar ? Is the r-series the same way ? I like to wheelies and sometimes i go alittle to far.
Other than the pipe I also plan on modifying my airbox lid, porting my stock headpipe, removing my choke and adding a WB powerfilter. I am riding anywhere from 600 to 1500 feet in elevation. Any suggestions of where to start ? 155 main ?
thanks

Get you a K&n Dynojet Kit, install the needle like it says on 3rd position,3-1/2 turns out on air screw. 170 main jet(if you remove the choke)165 if not, with dynojet adapter, air box lid removed and the thing will fly! The white bros exhaust will not hit if you ride wheelies. remove the spark arrestor for best performance and run all discs. They even carry a extra disc pack for racing that adds six more for more flow. I have two 400exs and have tested all of this. And if you want speed, install a 36 tooth rear sprocket or 16 front and that thing will fly! and trust me, it doesnt hurt the take off either. We drag race them and if you are wheelieing or spinning you have already lost. The 36 rear sprocket leaves a little more torque for take off but either will do the job. LEAVE YOUR HEADER ALONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO KILL IT! UNLESS YOU HAVE 13 TO 1 COMPRESSION WITH RACE CAM YOU DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE HEADPIPE ON A FOURSTROKE.
