I have a correction, I thought the only 4??EX that could beat me was the one owned by MIA416EX, He cannot beat me, he has the fastest 4??EX I have ever seen (OUT OF MANY HEAVILY MODIFIED), we both actually raced a Raptor with a pipe, the Raptor won by maybe a quad length, but I was catching him before he let off. 660 CC's of high tech 5 valve 4 stroke, against 250cc's of low tech 10 year old 2 stroke, I can only laugh. Oh by the way my buddies DS650 walks away from me by about 3 quads, as far as I am concerned Yamaha is a joke.

 

ok i just returned from the drag races. they were in maine about 20 minutes by eastconway NH. my first race i was lined up with a raptor Procircuit pipe and header, triple rate shocks with rezzy, skat trak paddle tires...... the drag strip is about 50 yards he red lighted it and his time was 6.509 mine 6.874 i won.... next race was against a lt250r lonstar swingarm 5 inch +, aluminuim bottom a arms no suspension.....big drag pipe coming out of the side ported polished the hole nine yards.... my time 6.794 his 7.211 i win, next race was atc250r frame with a polaris snowmobile engine in it 10 in+ swingarm my time 7.189 his 6.211 i lost.... that was my racing day some of the quads were unbelievable rice burners with 3 wheeler swingarms and axles........also the kid on the 250r beat a kid with a banshe it had coolheads,Delta reeds,porting,milled head,bills pipes,oversized radatior,paddle tires totaly done up......and i beat the kid on the 250r.

ps. i know the lt250r woulda smoked me if the drag strip was alittle longer and it could get topspeed but mine blew its doors off and the raptor i woulda smoked no matta wut. yamaha is not my favorite....[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
