I put 3 pieces of wire on each grip like 87r explained and they never move. If you do it right, you can't even feel the wire if you ride without gloves on. Plus they're easier to get off when you get new ones since they're not glued on. I'll never go back to trying to glue grips on again, wiring them is a lot quicker and it works as well as any glue could.

I do what sandrews46 said. i use epoxy, the only thing is that you have to cut them to get them off when they wear out.

make sure that teh bars and inside of the grips are plenty clean. i always sand the bars, and clean them with alcohol, and let them dry. they've never come off on me!!

good luck!

The easiest thing i ever did was i just put a little gas in my grips and it didnt budge. it dries really fast also. You could also put wire around it just incase you are afraid of it coming off. I have never gotten my grips to move.

I've found that the glue used for my arrow fletching and nocks works great! I also use safety wire.

yep, Woodo68 is correct, you only get one chance. My XR's are like goo from being taken on and off many times... I have had good luck with PVC pipe glue though, but it will melt your throttle (if wrist) plastic tube

Put them on with a air noozle. First put a very small hole in each end of the grips. Next take and start the grip onto the handlebar. Next Put the tip of the air noozle into the small hole in the grip. SLowly put some air in. This will inflate the grip a little and allow it to go onto the bar. ALWAYS use very lite pressure. Do the same thing on the other side. No waiting for glue to dry---AND they will never move. Sometimes you need to plug the other end of the bar on the first one.
