me and my brothers had a go cart (5hp) and a trx 125. the go cart pulled an old christmas tree on a field with my brother on it, he was about 100lbs. the 125 did the same but much faster.

Well lets see here Juggalo... some simple thinking...

Pulling a tree branch out of a tree... as you pull the branch angles in you direction and you are then trying to break it against the grain... I don't care it it is an inch in diameter, that is going to be tough. Not to mention the fact that unless this is a really damn short tree then the spot where the branch was still connected at was higher than you quad... which means as you pulled you were lifting the quad and making it harder to get traction.

Pulling a fallen log isn't nearly as difficult, not to mention that you have no idea the circumstances! For all we know this thing could have been rotten and dried out, could have been the bottom of a sycamore tree that had no limbs on it at all and slid perfectly... there is too many things that "could have been" for you to say it ain't going to happen.

I mean come on... are you telling me that this quad can't pull a guy laying down behind it??? 160lbs ain't that much weight!!!

I believe you; my 5-year-old son pulls our yard aerator around the yard twice a year. This is with a 1986 Honda TRX 70 ATV, the aerator is 48" wide and I put 100# of lead bars on it for extra weight. It works great because his little 70 will not tear up the yard while doing real tight turns like my Prairie 650 or Quadmaster 500 will. We just tie it to the grab bar and go, he loves doing it all the neighbor kids think it’s pretty cool, puts him on cloud nine.

Actually doesn't sound bogus at all.

However, I'm sure with just a hair bigger machine you'll be ready to use your ATV for pulling home anchors. ( Okay so I used my companies class 8 truck for that, but it sure beat trying to back them out after they'd set for thrity years )

I used to have a little moto-4 80.We had about a 20 foot long 4 foot wide section of a old fence row.It weigh probably 145 pounds and It would pull it just fine.I was really really suprised.

We used my 300ex to pull a couple tree's we had cut down when We built our mx track. It worked great to.I am not going to do it again though. It is a sport machine not a pullin machine.
