I was wondering your opinion on a Drag race between a piped (procircuit) banshee and a piped (DG) and bored .10 over Tri-Z

 

banshee will take it,,my buddy owns both, stock though.

 

I don't know, those three wheeler where fast. I don't know about the Tri-Z but the '86 ATC250R did 76 MPH stock. From what I hear a stock banshee does 72, so I'm guessing it should be really close. According to some old mags, quads hit a aerodynamic brick wall at 70 MPH, three wheelers where just slightly better at about 75 MPH. In other words it takes a hell of a lot more HP to get a 72 MPH quad to go 76 much like street bikes that hit the wall at 130 MPH.
