I just got a 2001 300EX for Christmas and I want to buy yellow plastic for it when the 2002's come out. I think it looks awesome. But I don't know how much money it is. Can anyone tell me. Thanks in advance.

 

The yellow ones are already out. I can't tell you the price, but how hard is it to grab a phonebook and look up a Honda dealer? Or go to www.servicehonda.com

 

I think it is like $200 for the whole set from Maire. Check from Mair cause they have a lot more choice than Honda in colors. Plus there is a lot less of those colors of those on the trails.

 

You get what you pay for tho. Stock looks 2wice as better than maier.

i personally think the yellow STOCK plastic looks bad i like the red personally mair platic looks cool i think race fender are awsome looking ???

 

dirtclog, I might sell the factory plastic that comes on it but I may keep it just in case something happens to the yellow plastic. What really attracts me to the yellow plastic is that it won't show scratches as much as the front fenders do on it. But I also think that the yellow looks awesome. I even think that it looks better than the yellow on the 400EX and 250EX. But thats just my opinion. I think the new red plastic looks cool too.

 

I've heard the yellow plastic from honda isn't too high. I would get maier though....stock plastic only looks good for a while until you run through some brush and trails and then the finish comes off.

 

i like the yellow and if u got new yellow plastcs i would get them from honda. u get em there and u wont have to drill the holes and they would be ready to put on. if u didnt run through big patches of briers all the time u can keep them lookin decent. i know a guy that paid 250 or somethin like that for JUST the white back plastics for a 250X from honda. kinda steap but they still look good.
