Is this a good buy, 450 S 4x4??

It is a 2001 with 30 miles on it. Essentially brand new. I don't kow much about the Foreman 450S 4x4 since i have been looking for a sportsman. I want a nice riding atv, which the foreman may not accomplish but this one sounds pretty good. They want $4500 firm. Any thoughts?
