Go with a pro-x cylinder and head. With the 310 you will not have to bore the lower cases. I rebuild my 330 at the start of every year and then go from race to race without touching it. It is super reliable, very very fast and has tons of torque. The pro-cross kit uses not head gasket to seal it, so you will not have any problems with blown head gaskets, and because the head makes direct contact with the cylinder head the heat transfer with way better. The pro-x all has twice the coolant capsity of the stock cylinder and head, and has aux exhaust ports, with cooling around the exhaust.
