I always jump mine, the biggest air I got was probably 2-3ft.
I wheelie alot too, I can go about 15ft.

Today I was working on my 200SX I took apart the whole rear end axle assembly, I greased the bearings, I also put in a grease fitting in the axle housing so I dont have to keep taking it apart to grease the bearings, the new grease fitting works awsome!!, I am also tying to get my rear brakes to work, I think may cables are all seized up, so I put the cables in "Dunk Degreaser", and I'll see if they un-seize.

I have an 86 200sx that just will not die. I bought the bike used about 4 years ago, and it was pretty beat up then. I have been hard on it, but it just keeps on going. I rebuilt the top end, and it runs strong. It has plenty of problems. Rear brakes wont work, can't get the drum apart to fix it. The plastic is trashed and camouflaged. I had the chain come of once and wrap up on the front sprocket and put a hole in the case just under the sprocket. Even with all of it's problems it is reliable. this thing refuses to die.

treeguy-

No problem I can help you fix the rear brake, well, at least take it apart too see whats going on...1st- Take the rear right tire off, and hub, 2nd- take off the axle nuts with pipe wrenches going oppisite each other(if they are really hard to get off, just heat them up with a propane torch and put a pipe over the end of the pipe wrench to give you more leverage) 3rd- unscrew the bolts on the brake drum housing, the little 10MM ones. 4th- slide off the brake housing and drum, and your there!

ATV man:

thanks for your response. I had dissasembled everything necessary to get the drum off, but it is siezed on. I tried all of the normal tricks to get it off, but it wont budge. It has been a year or so since I tried, I may tear back into it soon and try again. It has been ridden very little lately, mostly by my nephew.

Do you know of a good place to get the side case that I mentioned was cracked? I don't want to pay Honda's price for it. I fabricated a repair for it, but it still leaks a little oil, but not enough to pay $150.00 for the part. I couldn't find any of the used parts warehouses that had it.
If anyone has one they want to sell I would be interested. It is the left side case, just inside of the recoil starter.

You mean it's seized on where the drum holds to the axle, on that big nut??

If it is that- Try heating it up, and hit it with a hammer sevral times, if that doesnt work, then its pretty screwed...lol
