I have a'94 Honda 300trx 2x4 that I've modified the jug to except
a 250x head. The head has been ported and polished big time and
the jug has been bored .060 over. I'm using a wiesco 12to1 slug,
a 300ex carb, an a after market pipe.

I was wondering if anybody has ever done this mod and if so was
there any problem with it. I'm hoping to have it running this week
if all the small parts come in. So if anybody out there had any input
on this mod I would sure like to hear from you.

I remeber someone in here saying they did that and it wasn't reliable at all. The stock rod just wouldn't hold up because it wasn't designed for the X head. It might be a good idea to put a Wiseco Hot Rod in it.
