I was unable to get to that site with that address. The "other" carb is a Mikuni TM. Jason is going to put it on his R when he puts the 300cc big bore in it. That engine came extra with my quad when we bought it.

 

You should try again, even if you have to do a "cut and paste" into your address bar.
Yeah, I know what it's like having a wife with a faster 250R than the one I ride!! But then, she only weighs about 105lbs!

 

Yeah Jason is definately at a weight disadvantage with me. He is 6'3" 240lbs and I'm 5'7" 120lbs my R barely knows I'm back there.

 

if you want to use thumb throttle with your aftermarket carb you can get a cable from motion pro for that application.

 

trust me on the OEM 85 ATC250R cable working with a stock thumb throttle and a Mikuni carb, I have one on my R, and have had to replace the cable once, and the cable was identical. Would probably save you some money over a Motion Pro.
