Hey Mudman...
This post will get run into the ground, but here goes.
Speed--Banshee
Reliability--400ex
Trails--400ex
Mud--???
Snow--???
Hills--Banshee
Maintenance--400ex
Jumping--400ex
Track--400ex

I'd go with the 400ex unless you are just wanting to drag race... you'll have less problems with it.

I would have to totally have to agree with Limp400Korn on this one . also

Mud--stock for stock 400ex because it has better tires
Snow--also 400ex because it has better tires

Also

Mud-400EX There is no replacement for that 4 stroke low end power. But with the Banshee you can just plow through it but that does not work all the time.

i would have to agree also. the only thing different i rather be on a 400ex on hills in a trail. if it was an open area the banshee would be good. in tight areas the 400ex really shines.

What do you want to do? Do you want a machine that will stun you with how fast it is and try to rip your arms out when you hit the throttle, or do you want one that has better stock tires? If you want an exciting machine get the Banshee, if you want one that has better traction get the 400EX.

The Banshee does pretty good in the snow but what i dont like is the way it throws the power out way to fast.

Speed and hillclimbs go to the Banshee. Reliability and Maintenance are MUCH less of an issue with the Basnhee than some people make it out to be.

106mphBanshee, what's the name mean???

Yeah! I mean its much too mentally and pysically taxing to "lug" around a gas can.Its not worth it for explosive power of firing every stroke or lighter weight or easier to work on, who needs that! Not to mention how tired you'll get kick starting.Get a Lay-z-boy and a 400ex.
