Can I tie or beat a 300ex in a 1/4 mile drag race with my Honda 250ex? I have a K&N airfilter and Big gun complete race exhaust system. I also rejeted the carb. Top speed is 54-55 mph. It realy gets up to speed alot faster than a stock 250ex. I have never driven a 300ex.

your gonna need to do ALOT more then a pipe to compete with a 300ex (if the rider knows how to shift)

 

I have a 300ex and one of my good friends has a 250 ex. he gets blow away just going out my driveway. when we drag he is waisted. if u do A LOT of engine work and ur against a STOCK 300ex u might beat it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

Boy what are you thinkin automatic vs manual clutch the 300ex will blow it away the 250 is fast for an automatic but it can't compete with a 300.
