Honda Rubicon...Modify for one arm individual?
#1
I have a friend that is in the market for an atv. He is missing his right arm, but is more than capable of operating an atv if the throttle can be rigged over to the left side of the bars. Our other wants are:
* One brake lever located on left side that controls front and rear braking.
* Automatic tranny
* Indep Rear Suspension would be a plus also.
* Four stroke
He will be running on 4wd roads in the mountains for the most part. We are aiming towards a 4wd also, although I realize a 2 wheel drive would be easier to steer.
Does the Rubicon have auto tranny, Indep rear suspension, brake lever on left that controls front and rear braking, Switch that enables you to switch to 2wd or 4wd, Is it fairly easy to steer?
We are leaning towards a Polaris machine (Sportsman 400), but want to look into all of our options. Thanks.
