I think you should stay inside in the winter and eat marshmallows buy the fireplace and hibernate. That way you will be ready for the spring breakout. Sorry I can't help with the tires. Chet

I also love the Realters for snow. They are just like a paddle, but you don't have to worry about ripping the paddles apart when you ride across hard or rocky areas.

There are two that I am considering. One is the realitor the other is a new one buy GBC called the paddle master. It is a super thick paddle tire made for mud and snow.

Are you kidding?? Winter time riding can be just as fun as summer riding IMHO.

As for a good snow tire, I am running GBC DirtDevils...EXCELLENT snow tire.

I'm getting some GBC paddle masters for my 300X this winter. My friends talk up how good of jumpers their sleds are. Granted they jump decent but they are way too heavy to correct in the air if you get too far sideways so I'm gonna show them how much better a quad is at jumpin then a sled. That and they don't stand a chance in handling, sleds tend to dive a lot in powder.
