I PUT A NEW CLUTCH IN MY 250R TODAY AND IT ACTS AS IF WHEN YOUR YOUR RIDING AND COME TO A STOP IT DOESNT FEEL LIKE THE CLUTCH IS ENGAGING IT ACTS AS THE YOU NEVER PULLED THE CLUTCH IN JUST NOT QUITE AS BAD AND IT WONT START IN GEAR YOU HAVE TO FIND NUETRAL THEN YOU YOU FINALLY FIND NUETRAL AS SOON AS YOU PUT IT GEAR IT WANTS TO START MERGING FORWARD AS YOU WERE STARTING TO LET OUT ON THE CLUTCH ANY SUGESTIONS AN ANSWER WOULD BE NICE.THANKS FOR THE HELP.

 

Have you adjusted it? When you put in new plates, you have to adjust the cable to make it work right again. First try adjusting it on your lever, if that doesnt work, there is a bigger adjustment range where the cable attaches to the arm thing on the motor.

If this doesnt work, then go back and make sure you got all your springs tight, then ride it a day or two to let them get broken in, if none of that helps, then I really dont know.
