250EX SHOCKS V.S. 300EX SHOCKS

i think they are completely identical.
The 300ex may have stiffer valving to comprimise for being heavier.
I know they are interchangable for sure .

i recently went and looked at both of them and went i sat on them i noticed the there was a substantial difference between them! the 300EX shocks are a loft more comfortable for the ride and they offer longer travel. the 300ex shocks are way better in my opinion and it isn't bias becuase i want to get the 250ex over the 300ex.

well i just saw a kid clear the road on a 250ex yesterday so the 250ex shocks must be pretty good.

I miss read you question im nto use to the 250ex being aorund i alwasy think 250x.
The 250ex has alto shroter trav and as far as i know cannot be interchange.
THe 300ex are 100x time better

There is no comparison between the 250 and 300. The 300 is way better than the 250 (and the 400 is way better than the 300). The 250 is an entry level bike, where the 300 is a full on sport machine. The 250's shocks are short a choppy. The biggest thing I dislike is that the rebound is very fast. Light riders might not find it as bad as I do. For recreational cruising, it is fine, but when you hit the whoops, lookout!
