FOR THE 400 EX WOULD GOLDEN SPECTRO SYNTHETIC BLEND OR A CASTROL SYNTHETIC BLEND BE BETTER. I CURRENTLY AM USING THE SPECTRO BUT IF THE CATROL IS JUST AS GOOD IT IS EASIER TO GET AND ALOT CHEAPER AND I ALSO NOTICED THAT MOBIL 1 IS SELLING A SYNTHETIC BLEND OIL ALSO WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST?

You could make your own blend. I use a 75% your choice oil / 25% synthetic oil, ratio. Chet
