When they change the map, they are changing to the two wheeler map system. In other words, the atv is slightly detuned. Aside from that, the cylinder is too thin for any major improvements in the big bore department.

Now, when you want to buy a cam, a piston, etc., good luck. There are so few units made that nobody is willing to waste their time on the parts r&D.

 

Raptor720, were are you getting your info. from? Also RS Performance is working on some engine mods for the C-Dales.

 

First hand experience. Broke down a friends crackandfail after he broke a tie rod end and baled hard. Decided it was too costly to first find parts and then build the engine. I did get some improvement from port work and some chamber work though.

I really want a Cannondale but they are too expensive. So i think when I get a new quad I might get the 250 R. Its a lot cheaper.

Tell me this! Why do the manufactures always detune quad motors? They take a motor out a bike and put it in a quad, but theirs some horsepower missing! Less power to move more mass, don't make much sence to me.

 

i tottaly agree with fourtraxmike, maybe honda just isnt saying it is coming out becuase they dont want people going crazy and killing someone!!
