I failed to find his link in your list of links... Also, seen your pict of the 550 pistion, is there no valve releif pockets? does the stock one have any? Hate to have valve float without them

The stock piston does not have valve releifs. I havent seen a stock utility piston with them yet. The new pistion doesnt need them and had plenty of clearance.

Here is the link to his page: http://charm.air.on.ca/cbjaps/ATVZone/

For what it's worth, I run 1/4 in.(per side) toe-out. This on my "00 Foreman-S. This set up works well for me and my style of riding.

The service manual says 1" plus or minus 9/16 (24mm plus or minus 15mm) toe out.
