Tired to allin my rubicon today, but the dealer put the inner locknuts on so tight that all my wrenches just rounded the nut off. Im guessing a min of 100 FT LB is on that thing, the dealer said its now out or warrenty (it sat waiting for repair for the last 2 months of its warrenty in there shop) and it would cost me to have it re-allined. Is there any tricks on getting that inner lock nut off? I cant seem to get a wrench on it strait from any angle, and when I do i only have about a 1/4 inch to move it before it hits a A arm or front axle.

No real trick....just a lot of bloody knuckles from slipping. It is a pain to get them loose.

Funny you say that, I did skin both knuckles badly even though I was wearing leather gloves to avoid it (cut right threw the glove). Both index finger knuckles met the lower an arm at a high rate of speed But I did get them loose as I got pi$$ed and put the quad up on its side so I could get some leverage. I got the aliment down to 1/4 out on the left and 3/16 on the right... it tracks worlds better now! Now to somehow tighten those rounded off nuts back on.

If I were you I would put her out front with a nice shinny for sale sign on it! Get another fourwheeler that wont give you so much trouble and then go to the dealer were you bought your RUBI and were some cowboy boots and kick him as hard as you can directly in the *****. Good Luck, Zeebo.
