how do you take a tie rod off?

i bent my right front tie rod and im not sure how to take it off. can someone help me? i need to fix this before this weefend.

It really easy, you just have to take the cotter pins out of the studs of the tie rod. This will allow you to loosen the nut on each end of the tie rod. BTW..tie rods are cheap, i think $6 so save your current tie rod ends to put on the new tie rod.

Instead of spending $6, why dont you just clamp it? Put the bend in a vise, straighten it, and clamp it the other way.. It's easy, takes about 10 minutes.
