Was reading the question about the 400EX in the dunes and it makes me wonder about my 350X.
How would she do in the dunes, up the hills? seems to have lots of torque.. lots.

anyone have any experience with the 400EX and the 350X in dunes? what bike has more power up the hills? Should I stick to the stock 13 front tooth, or go with my 14?

even at 5200 feet at my home with no air, its a wheelie monster. what do you think?

Last year on our Glamis trip one of the 5 guys brought and rode his 350X, the rest had 400ex's and myself with a 330ex ( now I got a 2001 400ex). Once he got the hang of a trike on the off cambers ( he tipped over A LOT the first 2 days) he loved it and wouldn't have wanted anything else. As far as gearing I am pretty sure he ran stock but I thought that was a 14 front ( not a 350X expert, maybe someone else will know) with 7 paddle haulers on the back and a stock front tire. He was usually a half to a full bike ahead of the stock 400ex's and right with the semi modded ones. He even beat a few DS 650's and Raptors up Test Hill down by the canal ( he'd beat them though the whoops at the bottom, he's a good rider). Good Luck.
