400ex shocks on a 300ex??????? will it work??

i have the 400ex a arms and 250r shocks, if i get the bracket will it still be strong enough for mxing.

wiseco 11:1 piston, white bros race cam, white bros valve springs, ported and polished head, AC mudscreen bumper, AC nerfs, TAG handlebars, Pro design kill switch, Uni filter, Cobra exhaust, 400ex a arms, 250r shocks, Lonestar +4 axle, shaved fenders, Holeshot MX front and rear on Douglas .190 wheels

I did exactly what you guys are talking about with the 400EX a-arms and the works shocks. It works perfectly. Check out my pics in my signature if you wana see what it looks like.

I was just wanting to want all the people putting the 400ex a arms on the 300ex. Today i talked to a guy at Tom Miller Motorsports and he said he didn't recomend using the 400ex arms because the angles of the ball joints are wrong at the spindles and it will put them at a bind at full extension. Therefore, if you land hard off of a jump, the ball joints could snap. so, i'm selling my 400 arms on ebay and getting laeger +2's instead.

talk to who you want if you want the truth i'll tell you.
the angle of the tie rod from stem to spindle is the only
problem. they say it has alot of bump steer(whatever)
my 110lb wife has no problem steering this 49" 250r
frontend around the MX track so try it and you'll
see.... or be scared and spend $2000
lol
