I found an 88 250R with a PSI425 kit and +2+1 a arms, and extended axle for only $4500. I know the kit alone is worth about $3000. I guess my real question is are there any major problems with them?

That is a good deal... BUT, and here is the big butt.. The things you can't tell nore will they tell you is how it was taken care of and how it was riden. You ever notice that every bike for sale "has never been rolled", "never abused", "always had the oil changed" you get my drift. Anyway if you can check it out inside and out before buying I would say do it!! If you can't then go on there word and hope its good.

Finally, someone from Oregon besides me and Moto24, anyway, it is in Ohio, and it was raced at the Orville ans ashtubala and got 2nd I think, It is a quad for the website www.atvscene.com and I think I can trust them. I just hope I come up with the cash before it is gone. And yeah I know everything is always "garage kept" oil changed after ecery ride" trail ridden only" "Barely broke in"

Hey we are heading to the dunes not this weekend but the next...would love to meet you. Not many Oregonians on here...hehe.
Heres what the ad's should say..

Broke in nice, then rode like a bitch and put away wet. Then one or two days later I cleaned it up, but there wasn't much to clean the rain washed most of it. Changed the oil pretty good, one time took 10 rides before changing, woops.. Never rolled except once, but you can't tell.
Minor scratches from normal riding, except the one on the back thats from the dumbass that hit me.

Anyway hope that made you laugh a little.

I luaghed, but I don't think I will make it to the dunes that weekend, if I do, what kind of quads do you have so I know what to look for. Also, I am looking for an old trashed 2 stroke quad to restore, know of any?

We ride 2 yellow 400EX's.

My brother in law is getting rid of his blaster that needs a little work.
He has brand new wheels and tires for the back also paddles and slicks for the front.

He lost power last time he rode and we haven't tore into it yet to see but I think its reeds or gasket. Its in pretty good shape..."you know never rolled, oil changed...hehehe"

Anyway probably be around $1000-1200
