For Your Information/Protection:

- Chaparral and Team Factory Racing should be AVOIDED at all costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE 2 COMPANIES, unless you want to risk getting screwed.

- On the other hand, RockyMountainATV, Moto-Man, NACs, Carbide's Motoworld and Ronnies are all great at customer service, among many others I am sure.

Please post any good or bad mail-order or internet-order ATV parts companies here.
Thanks

I had some problems with GT Thunder. I wouldnt call it scamming though, just not real great service for a relatively easy deal. I tried to order some plus three a-arms and they said they had them in stock, and they would go out the next day, and i would have them in a week or two and i thought "great!" Well after about 10 days i called to check up on them and they said they were on back order now, and they would have them in a few days, and then ship to me, and i would have them in 10-14 days. Well, after another two weeks i called back, and they said that there orders all got sent to georgia (someone elses mistake im sure.....(sarcasm) and that they would have them in about a week, and i would have them in 10-14 days. Well needless to say they told me i would have them in about a week or two when i ordered them, and it would up taking them about 7 or 8. Even though they cant get an order right, i still think they put killer 440 kits in 400exs and if i had the cash, or would like to not ride my quad for about a month, i would sent them my engine.

Oh, and i just heard that there shop burnt down. (from another post)

This will proably be hard to belive, but white bro's have given us nothing but problems. Sent me 2 wrong pistons, wrong head gasket(S!), and after everything got straighted out and sent back, they billed me for everything over 1000 in there mistakes! Actully i'm going to get off this and go call them!
