Anything can fit, the question is how much do you want to modify the parts to make them work? I know the rims will work BUT you have to modify the holes to accept honda's stud space. Dirwheels did an article on this a few years back and I remember reading it. As for shocks, I'd imagine they would but your ride height would change since shock length, valving, spring tension, bracket heights, etc.... is different on each machine. The White bros slip on will deffinately fit if you make your own brackets to mount it with but be forwarned that you might have to add or remove a section of pipe to make it adapt to your 400.
