If I put a 440 kit on would I have to run Race Gas? And how much power will it get?

It depends on how much compression you have. Most 440 kits use a 12.5:1 or higher piston. When you replace your piston, and get anything over 11:1, you will probably have to use 110 octane or higher gas.
