Nice. You can get 18x9.5x8 Tamers on Douglas Red labels for $135.00. Thats what I'm getting for my c-dale here pretty soon. You can check out some of the pics at my website or at lonestarbanshee's site . If you go to lonestar's page, my pics are under the one marked Douwe's Cannibal pics. You should check out all his pics though... pretty sweet riding and racin ones in there.

The Cannibal is so awesome. It has a lot of power, it's light weight, handles good, and comes stock with things that other people pay a lot of money for (Hydraulic clutch, ohlin shocks, Holeshots all around, a FMF pipe that isn't all that great but it's FMF none the less). I got one of the "older" models and it is still crazy fast and powerfull. They say the new EFI mapping makes it even better and stronger. I would deffinitely recommend one. They are a little expensive but it's worth every penny and yes the Raptor is $400 cheaper but you couldn't race a 250 class with a raptor, plus the Dale is faster and more powerfull.

That is one nice looking 250X. The one question I have is what you did with the top of the gas tank. Its hard to tell from the picture. Did you just leave the existing tank exposed, or is that a 400EX tank? Great conversion either way though.

For the gas tank, i just used the piece for the 400Ex. It fits perfect with the front fenders and the pieces on the side, but the opening for the 400Ex is slightly larger than the one on the 250X and gas would leak out, so i just ran a bead of silicon around the tank opening, and now it works perfect. Also, there's a little lip around the edge of the opening that i had to file down so the cap would go on. other than that, it works great, and no leaks!!!

nice forum Quadracer!, i'd like to see some pics of your bike when you get them!!!
