LOL, I saw MichiganRedneck's name and I knew I'd hear something I never have before. My theory held true.

 

This isn't any of the above listed, but, my buddy rides a warrior and once his clutch cable broke, so he used a set of vise-grips to work the clutch!!!... had to reach down and grab the every time to shift!!!!...Guess you had to be there for it to be as funny

 

HA HA HA that is pretty funny!! I saw a guy use a pair of vice grips with a small metal rod welded to the end facing out for a shifter !!!IT was on a foreman I think, he was riding with some jeep buddies and one of em had a welder under the hood of his jeep so he fixed him up a new shift lever, it was so funny!


BTW 205X did he have it hooked right onto the litle shaft (i forget the name)

 

I also have a big glob of JB Weld on the crankcase of my Quadracer right down there by the front sprocket. It was put there by a previous owner, but I got such a good deal on the quad I didn't care. It has held up perfectly. I recommend that everyone put a big glob of JB Weld on their crankcase. It could be a new fashion statement for quads or at least it would make my quad look less junkety-assed. That schtuff is amazing.

 

Red Duct tape for race stripes on white fenders, also covered up large crack. Hey thats two uses for one set of tape!

JB weld for transfer port timing correction and filling of void areas, case repair, gasket surface area repairs, striped out thread repairs.
