i have a old honda 200 i ride but it wont idle i have cleaned carb bout 20 times and have idle screw all the way in! whats the deal with this thing? are my valves too tight?

 

you are most likley missing the tiny fuel passageways from the pilot jet up to the main carb body... they are easily cleaned with a torch cleaner kit or very small tie wire.

 

If you turn your idler screw all the way in, it closes it. Turn it out. your valves couldn't be tight because it's an old machine. What happened before you cleaned the carb? Why did it stop running? Check to make sure you have spark too.
