I like my 99 Rcon. But it vibrates excessively. Any one else have this problem? Or is it unique to my machine. ANY SUGGESTIONS ON REDUCING THE VIBRATION? Has anyone contacted HONDA? Thanks

I have herd alot of people complain about the vibration. Even in the review on the new rancher here at atv connection they said "alot less vibration than the recon" so must be a recon thing. Your may want to try filling the handle barr with 100% silicone rubber.. made a huge differnce on my old XR500R

 

Hey Hank. The vibrating thing is a normal thing on the Recon. The foremons do the same thing. It's not a problem it just occurs on the models which have the sideways mounted engines in them.
