Synthetic puts up with abuse much better.... Picture an air cooled Honda TRX300 that has no fan riding up steep mountain trails floored in 2nd or 3rd gear on a 100 degree day. The engine oil will very easily pass the 300 degree mark causing normal oil to break down to water like material and thus not giving much protection to High revving rod bearings or fast spinning transmission gears. Synthetic will usually never break down and will always give protection in the hottest running engines. Also synthetic flows much better in cold weather so on those sub zero degree days your engine gets oil much faster

I USE AMSOIL IN EVERY THING I OWN NO PROBLEMS CARS TRUCKS ALL OVER 200,000 MILES NO ENGINE WORK YET
RUN AMSOIL 20-50W IN THE QUADS MOST OF THE QUADS HAVE OVER 1000 HOURS ON THEM
TUBINES MAKE A LOT MORE HEAT THAN THE QUAD ENGINE
60,000 RPM AT A IDLE WHERE THE QUAD ENGINE THAT DOES THAT
ONE NOTE ABOUT MOBIL ONE ,MOBIL ONE IS NOW OWNED BY EXXON WHICH HAS CUT BACK ON THE WAY MOBIL ONE IS MADE
ON THE FIRCTION TEST WITH ALL MAJOR BRANDS OF OIL MOBIL ONE FINISHED DOWN 25% WHERE IT FINISHED BEFORE EXXON BUY OUT
