Will it crank and not start or just not even crank.
If the engine wont turn over, it must be electrical. So check all your wiring for obvious things like loose connections, bad gound, or blown fuse.
If it does crank, Check to see of either two things, Gas and Spark
If you dont have fuel, it wont start, you said it is full of gas, but maybe the fuel is contaminated, with debris of water. To check for this, get a glass cup of jar, and open the drain on the bowl of the carb, and drain a fair amount into the container. Hold it up to light and view it, if you have water in the fuel, it will appear like little clear or maybe dirty bubbles at the bottom. Same for the debris, but it will mostly be floating.
Before you check the gas, simply see if your engine is getting fuel, to do this, simply pump the throttle a few times to get the accelerater pump working, and crank the engine over for 10 or so seconds. Now pull the Spark plug and see if it is wet, if so you are getting fuel.
Now, while you have the plug out see if you are getting Fire, or a spark. If you do, Great.
Now if your getting both fuel and spark, you have everything you need for combustion.
Also, you arent getting fuel and there was debris in you fuel, you will most likely need to take your carb off and clean it thoughly with carb cleaner, Berrymans B-12 is highly recommended.
If you still cant get it started please email me or even call me with more specifics, and I can ask you questions so we can get this thing solved. Cause everybody wants to ride and not wrench on thier bikes. Good luck,
