well as you know im selling my 400 to get a 250r and im not selling it with the elka shocks the guy at elka said that i could switch the front shocks but not the rear because the 250r shock is longer and the bottom cleavis is different now im not saying that they r wrong but i thought the 250r and the 400 were mostley the same and if not is there anyway i could get the shock to fit suck as using a 400 ex swingarm or something?? any help would be great thanxx

 

I dont think you can make it fit. The best thing to do would be to sell it or try and trade it for a 250r one.
