My stock 400ex tires are bald as we speak so hill climbing when it is wet is out of the question maybe sometimes also when its dry. I will be getting some new tires in about a month or so so I'm wondering if any of you 400 owners or anybody really will tell me what you think are the best tires for hill climbing (some real steep) in wet and dry conditions. I think I can still climb them now if the hills are dry but it hasn't really dried up down here lately its been raining and been wet for like ever. I will appreciate any help on this decision thanks

I think that the stock 400 radials are about the best I have seen with hillclimbing. They grip really good even when they're bald they still go like he11.

the realtors are great hillclimbing tires.i had a pair for my scrambler they hook up like crazy.you turn them around to sand side and they really climb then when its wet.they just dont have any side bite though. right before i sold my scrambler some of us wasout riding and came to a hill no real bad but real muddy couple guys were on 4 wheel drives i made the hill and they would speed out and get sideways.they had oem tires but they also had 4 wheel drive too.

Realtors from what I hear work really well. My Holeshots did VERY well in Tellico NC this summer climbing rocky hills and dirt hills.

alright thanks guys I am thinking about hooking my 400 up with some razrs all around. I went hillclimbing today ut couldn't climb any hills except one which was one of the two scariest hills down there which I've tried before and got to the top and didn't make it. my friend on his rancher tried the other hill i'm talking about which at the top of both these hills its like between i would say about 70 and 80 degreees steep which ain't what scares me but on the hill I climb it has a lip at the top but hey got to try something to pump a little adrenaline in your life. weather is looking good down here finally after like months so I'm happy well later guys from #1 stunning madmike

Stock 400ex tires work the best, esp for dirt.....they hook up good to get you going, but still allow you to spin them hard to get your momentum up without flipping......

yeah my realtors are awsome for hillclimbs on my 300ex but i wanna get some turftamers, razrs, or some shredders.. will trade 22x12x9 realtors for 20 or 22x11x9 of any of these tires.
please reply.
