That'ss too bad, the spring orders should be going out soon. I'm interested in it's complete performance picture, noise included. I'd like something that doesn't bark like the air cooled hondas. Peculiar or not, you can hear my rancher coming from a half mile through dozens of other quads around, sport and otherwise, it just has a distinct noise that says HONDA.

Probally doesn't mean a hill of beans to most of you guys , but I thought I would pass it along anyway.

Sheesh, KNOWSALOT. Since you insist on descending from on high to shine the light of truth on us (the unwashed masses), why don't you go all the way and give us your interpretation of this blather.

If Honda only has one running Rincon in existance at this time how will they ever have enough testing to sell to the public in late spring? If they do that means it is truely not being tested very good. I don't think you can do long term tests in just 3 months or so and then make them and have them to the public in late spring.
It is alot of exotic stuff in the tranny. I'm glad I'm not going to buy ths first few out. I think I will go for the proven Foreman 450.
I think the Rincon looks pretty cool but I would really like to see some out on the trail for awhile before spending that kind of money. They always have problems with new models from any company being cars, motorcycles, or atvs.

Actually Honda's expected release date is just that. An expected time. Honda has yet to officially set a date. The same thing happened with the Rubicon 2 years ago.
TRXter,..I have no thoughts about the Rincon itself. The Problem is going to be how this thing is going to be marketed price wise considering that the Rubicon 500 is only a couple hundred less than the 660 Grizzly and the 650 Kawasaki. It's going to be a tough sell for the Rincon. To be competive, It would seem that Honda would either get rid of the Rubicon500 or lower it's price by about 400.00..and then put the Rincon 650 in the current Rubicon500 price range...I guess we will have to wait and see.
