1. Has anyone used these liquid fix a flat products for atv's. I'm sure the answer is yes)

2. What are the disadvantages?
3. Will this stuff ever stop working?
4. Will it freeze a tire out of round
when cold?
5. What happens when you take the tire off
the rim?
6. What brand do you recommend?

Gohl, I've seen the liquid fix a flat stuff, and it doesn't work to well. I'm not sure if it allows the tire to hold air forever, but they will screw up the valve stem pretty easily.
I've had very good luck with "Slime," that green colored stuff. I've never had a tire that failed to hold air after it went flat and I put slime in it, and I've done at least 5 or 6 tires already, it even sealed a leak at the beads of the tire! Recently our Sportsman 500 had a flat tire in the front, no, we didn't bring it in and get a patch, we just put slime in it, never leaked air since! The stuff works great, plus it stays in the tire forever, and if you pick up a nail or something again in that tire, it will seal it again, cause it remains a liquid in the tire. It doesn't unbalance the tire, and it is pretty easy to put in. I highly recommend this stuff, plus you don't have to worry abou tthe tire shop scratching or chipping the paint off of your rims when they take your tire off or put it back on.

An ATV tire requires 16 ounces, bicycle and motorcycle tire 8 ounces. They come in bottles of 8oz., 16oz., 32oz., or a bucket. They also come with everything required to put it in, (tube and valve stem remover) just not the air to pump the tire.

I have slime in my left front tire. I have noticed that if you take off, after your quad has sat for an hour or more, fast (40+) it is very unbalanced for about 200 yards but it balances it self out after that. If you ride around for about a 1/2 mile before going 40+mph then you can't tell that the slime is in there.

Does anyone know if slime freezes when the weather gets cold. That would probally cause big balancing problems.
