Hello everyone. It's been well over a year since I posted here. I went back to dirtbikes a few yrs ago as did my wife. But last night I bought her a 250r because she feels more comfortable on a quad. Just to let you know I did a search on this question but found no answer. The person we bought it from didnt ride the bike here in phoenix at all. So the bike is jetted for higher elevations. It has a 152 main and the needle clip in in the second position from the bottom. I'm not sure what the pilot is. So could you by any chance give me a good idea of which jetts to install. Our elevation is 1,100 ft and it does have an fmf pipe on it. I need main, pilot, and needle setting, and air screw settings. All your help is appreciated. Thanks. Jeff

Have you done a plug check? If not, do one and that will give an indication as to what to do next.
An FMF pipe/silencer,fine. Do you know what air filter you have? Aftermarket is much better than OEM.
Stock 86 R, .150 main jet, needle 4th position. With FMF pipe, aftermarket air filter, should go up in size at least 3 to a .158. Take the air box lid off, go up to .160. Do plug checks along the way.
Black plug, go down one size in the main.
White plug, go up one size in the main.
