When you buy a new cylinder from honda does it come with the studs in it? How do you properly install them like the factory did, if not?

The new cylinder will not have new studs installed. You will have to use your old ones. The studs are torgued from the factory using a stud remover/installer, but you can use two nuts threaded against each other to install or remove them. You can do this and still torque them to Honda specs. , but the reading may be off a bit since you will be tightening them using a different method than factory. But it will be close enough.
