atc250r won,t start

That could possibly be your problem right there. You could be running way too rich when you try to start it. One valuable lesson that I've learned in life is when in doubt replace it. It might hurt your wallet but it may also save you lots of headaches. Where in Michigan are you from anyways?

Thanks for the offer, but I wanted to get a new carb anyways, just needed a reason. I called ESR and told them what I had and they recomended a 38mm air striker. I just got it today, hopfully I be able to hook it up soon and fined out if it is my problem or not. It is bored to 67.5, I think that is .08?, I got the trike for $200 and It was beat up, It sat in the guys garage for years, I had to replace the case, clutch, swingarm, carrier, and many other parts, The piston was rusted in the cylinder, so they had to bore it almost all the way out. Put it all togather and it ran like a brand new bike, the only place I could ride it was silver lake because it has a rather aggessive power band It was great fo drag racing. So the engine does not have a lot of time on it. I do agree with when in dought place it though, so I will work my way through the engine until I find the culprit, she will run again.

I live in kalamazoo, kind of sucks to have to drive 2 hours to ride the trails or silver, but I ran into alot of people that drive alot! further to ride up there.
