<< There is this guy on the forum goes buy the name Daren420 he has a long rod banshee. His way to make people feel bad when he races them is to pass them in a wheelie and then just pull away with the front tires in the air. He like screwin around with people like that though. >>

I know Daren.
I rode with him Sat. He burn up his axle bearings before we got much racing in. Me and my brother-in-law Faron gives him a little competition. My brother-in-law has a FTZ built 500 Quadracer and I have a DS Stage 1 with NOS. The races are aways close depening on who gets the hole shot.
When we go there we're aways looking for a race.
Thanks

heheheh i live the band camp story smitty lol.

well heres my story. its perhaps one of the most exagerated on here but i swear its true. my mom used to be a waitress at this restraunt and my dad and me used to go visit her while she was workin and sit at the counter and talk to the people there ya know. well one day this guy my dad knows is there and somehow we got talkin about my quadracer. the guy says he used to have an atc 70 back in the day. i was like thats cool. and he was like yeah i had it goin 70 miles an hour down the highway. and i was like umm are you sure? cuz i really doubt that. and he was like yeah.i was ridin next to my buddys truck and thats what it said i was goin and he was kinda yellin at me. and then i was like well uhh my quadracer is a 250cc 2 stroke racing quad with a bunch of race parts on it and it barely hits 74. and his excuse was that it weighs a lot more. i just left it at that because this guy was a hillbilly and i didn't feel like argueing about it anymore.

Have you ever been on a Mojave? 55 mph (with a tailwind, off a cliff) on that is like 55 mph on rollerblades! Waaaayyyyy scary! What if you hit a crack in the sidewalk?

not to burst your bubble scosho, but actually the mojave is pretty stable at high speeds, and the top speed is closer t0 60 than 55, and as for the hillbilly on the atc 70..lol...yeah about a year ago at pismo i was gojn down the beach and saw some kid of about 16-17 years old and here he is kickin over his 250r with a 99 banshee next to it , and i look again and there is a honda trail bike 70 converted into a 4 wheeler...it was the ugliest thing around...no plastics..foam seat w/ no cover rusted to hell, and that was one of the oddest things ive ever seen

Pismoguy, I owned a Mojave for a year, and mine was unstable at speed in bumpy terrain. The back tires wanted to lead the fronts, probably due to the short wheelbase. I'm not that big, 5-10, 170. The top speed on it was just a little past 50, with stock tires and gearing at 5000 ft. elev. Hell, my Polaris 350 would beat it in power and handling anywhere, and it is a utility machine, but it has a 2 stoke liquid cooled engine. So if other Mojaves work better, then that's a good thing. Mine was just a rollerskate.
