It looks as if the crank pin bearing is bad . If you are not going to split the cases and replace the crank bearings along with the crank seals , you are asking for trouble. Inspect the crank pin bearing very closely , if it is bad get a new crank . Remember there is never enough time or money to do the job right but there always seems to be enough time or money to do the job over.It is never cheaper to do the job over
