My mom went to our other house today, she called all histarical and said my 250R was gone, i laughed and was like ha ha funny, she was serious though. Got home, window was punched out, 250R gone, welder & toolbox loaded with tools were still there. They just hoped on and rode away on my trails. THis sucks real bad, no insurance either.

How much money did you have put into your 250R including how much you paid for it

Well I paid nearly nothing for it, but with the mods and crap it was worth about $3200

I'm sorry to hear that. If I were you I would do the following

1.Call the dealer's and tell them what happened. Ask them to get the VIN number off the quad for anyone trying to buy parts for a 250R or sell the dealer a 250R.
2.Put ads in the local papers, say something like "fast 4 wheeler wanted, preferably Honda or..." and use a friends phone number and house if someone calls and you thin it's your quad.
3.Follow the trails they took to see if there are any clues as to where they went.
4.Call the local police department and have them on the lookout for your quad.
5.I know you stated you don't have insurance, but if you have 2 houses, you must have HomeOwners insurance, call them and see if they will cover it. A couple people on here got there quads stolen and Homeowners covered it.
6.Call anyone you know that rides and have them on the lookout for your quad at all the riding area's.
7.Insure your next quad!!!!

That really sucks KILLER. I do hope that you find it soon.

Take the advise from ltracerx, see if you have Home Owners and if you can get it covered.

do you have another quad?.....

go riding to the closest riding track or trails and keep an eye out for your quad u should tell EVERYONE that you know that rides quads to do the same .

sorry about that..... i would just about die if something like that happened to me....

I've had an atv stolen before too. I know how you feel dude. Homeowners will NOT cover it. The only thing motorized that it will cover is lawn mowers. Good luck finding yours. I never did get mine back!!
