I know that this is a ATV forum but on the slight chance that there is a tech reading this I have a question on my 85 Honda Magna. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I have a 700 and I was wondering if the 1100 motor would bolt up to the 700 frame. I know buy a 1100 hundred then but I like the look of the 700 I just was looking for a project to attempt. I've seen the heads and they look the same and so does the engine but looks can be decieving. Are they like the chevy small blocks 305 and 350 bolt right in for each other and the bores are just different or are they completely different dimensions? Any info would be appricated. I don't want to try and fight a loosing battle with this.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif[/img]

 

There are a few web-sites dedicated to Magna owners around speciallizing in the V45 and V65. I would do a search and seek them out. I'm sure you will find answers there.
