When Honda announced their 2003 line up on here there was a post with a Bunch of Honda owners saying how stupid Honda was and a bunch of other things because they didn't update the 400ex for one reason or another.

The above quote is the reason why they didn't.

For those asking about the street legal part... Nothing special, just move to Wyoming where almost anything is legal. I have to have motorcycle license, registration, insurance, plates just like any other vehicle. Other than that I had to put on a brake light and I use a bicycle mirror and bicycle horn that I pop on when I want to ride the roads. I don't know of any other state that is so easy going as Wyoming. Guns, quads, beer... We love that stuff here.

Thrust, why do you say I must have good suspension??? The suspension is stock on my Banshee.

 

You guys saying that the z400 sucks are dumb,just last night i raced 2 moded 400ex's against my z400 and the z beat them by 2 bikes lengths,but my brothers c-dale beat the 400exs by like five bike lengths and me by only like 2,so why would you say it's a waste of time,hondas are out dated and air cooled.

 

Suzukiboom, I don't believe anyone on this thread has said that the Z400 sucks so who is the dumb one here?? My point earlier in this thread was stating that there wasn't anything on this quad that certainly gets me excited. I like performance and if I have to pay a little more for it, I will, ie., Cannondale. The Z400 appears to have a good price/performance ratio and the more competition we have in the sport quad arena the better. It forces each manufacture to keep putting out a better product. All the Honda boys actually would like to see the Z400 outsell the 400EX, because they know that may the only way Honda will be forced to come out with a superior quad!

 

WyoDuner-nevermind,a friend of mine said it was really hard pulling off good jumps with the banshee. You made it look easy.
